What price should I be looking to pay for a Torsen diff and close ratio gearbox?

I was hoping to spend around £150-200 is this realistic?

As far as I am aware there is a big demand for the box and diff, I have seen these go for over £400 on eBay. You may be able to get a higher mileage one for less.
