View Full Version : Classic Car Show @ the NEC 2008

Well what can I cay........for an event that we had a very basic stand for it generated huge amounts of interest for the club!

BRM owners were popping out of the woodwork left right and centre and raising awareness of the car and the brand leaped forward more than I could have hoped for before the show.

I'd like to say a BIG thank you to Dan, Ian, Simon ad young James for all attending the show for the whole weekend nad putting your time and effort into making it go so well. Answering questions again and again can get very tiring, but you all handled it superbly and I certainly had a great laugh!

Will we do it again next year?

Oh yes, BIGGER AND BETTER!!! :clap2:

yeah was a good day. cheers for the advice on de oranging the front lights.
got round to doin them yesterday
cheers all cars looked very nice.

It was a great couple of days. It was nice to see so many members come and see us at the show and hopefuly more new members to the site.

Hope this is the start of lots more car shows in the future.

Well I couldn't have done it without you guys! Just got to trawl the press releases now to see if we got featured. I've already seen photo's of Si's car plastered on the net :D

nice 1 on the show guys, looks like it was damn good. I'm reserving a place next year now - i wont have uni then so i'll actually have some spare time!!

Yeah, was a great show!!

I only just got home, but hey :)

I will pop on the pictures of my D-SLR early hours of the morning ;)

Was a great weekend, and I'm looking forward to doing it next year!!

Nice one Adam.
I just met a freind at Tesco who went up to the NEC and met some of you, and was impressed with everything there, so a big well done to all of you.
