Hi this is my first post so i though i would let you know what i have been up to with my BRM. I have swaped the K series engine for a b18c out an integra type r. It all works well and made 200bhp on the rolling road. I still have abit of tidying up to do as well as waiting for some custom drive shafts as i managed to snap one. Here are some pictures of my engine bay.

Aah, so you're the two Ians from the White Lion  Pleased to have you both here.
Lot of work gone into both your cars. Hope you can make it to Gaydon in a few weeks....

Hi Adam,
Yes its the two ian's from the meet. Was good to finally meet you the other week. I doubt the vtec one will be coming but my engine is built up and back in, so hope to do some breaking in miles to gaydon in a couple of weeks. Won't be rolling roaded this year but will be great to come and see some more fellow owners.

What management does the VTEC run off and what loom?

The managment system is Emerald. The Loom is a custom made from integra type r but due the complicated dizzy of the integra we got rid of it and went for a convtional coil pack system.

Quite a piece of work. Interesting that you've had to move everything to the other side of the bay, such as the battery. Were you tempted to put the battery in the boot while it was being done?

I dont know why the guy who did it did not put the battery in the boot. I just droped it with him gave him some cash and he got on with it. Shame the drive shafts will not be made by the Gaydon meet. Good news though went to see Iains tonight and its all working so the 500 break in miles can start 2moz.
Excellent news!
I'm sure yours will be up and running for next year though so plenty of time to come to some meets!

Very nice.
Are the engine mounts custom aswell as drive shafts? possibly something borrowed from the old honda engined 200 wedges?
