need more input!!!...lol...that thing must fly..ive seen turbotechnics do a supercharger coversion which only requires slightly shortened rods and claim to give 215 bhp which is more than enough but 257 like ians is crazy..lucky man!!!

Hello well it is supercharged by a Rotrex. Orginally was done on standard internals but as I am doing a lot of track days next year just did not want to risk it. I collected all the stuff from ebay slowly, vhpd crank, low compression pistons, forged con rods which saved me alot of money. I got the supercharger for a bargain price of 300, it was a reconditioned one which a customer never came to collect. That is actually what is limiting it to 257 bhp. It would go higher but maybe later.lol The reason turbo technics only go to 215 is because they keep the VVC mech, I have solid cams so can go that bit higher. The best thing about it is that you would never no it was there, fits in where the AC pump used to be, even uses the same brackets. I have spent a lot of money but i feel it has been worth it as it is so much fun.
