I'm a Grandad

We became grandparents for the first time this morning.
My daughter had a lovely girl weighing in at 7 pounds 13 ounces.

Congratulations! We too also became grandparents for the first time last Christmas. Unfortunately my daughter has decided she doesn't want anyhting to do with my side of the family, so I doubt we will get to see our grandson in the near future. Haven't even seen a picture of the lad.

Why do some people have to make their lives so complicated?

Rova I did not speak to my daughter for about 18 months. Then out of the blue we met by accident and carefully started to build the bridges. I feel for you and hope a solution appears soon.


My granddaughters name is Issabella although I like the Beatrice Rachel Michelle version.

My Grandaughter, who is 8, told me that I was too old to own a sports car! She is now banned from my BRM until it becomes a classic and when she's 17 I bet she changes her tune!
