Rear calipers..weak handbrake

hi chaps just wondered if anyone else has experienced a weak handbrake...ive done the the obvious and adjusted the cable but still no great improvement shes got new rear pads and the discs are fine...are the rear calipers at fault with regards to the handbrake mech??:beer2:

if its the same as mine and your handbrakes fully on but only a little grip could need new cables.Alternatively get someone else to check calipers work when you pull your handbrake on.
