Castle Combe Classic & Sports Car Action Day Saturday 9th June

Two fellow BRM owners are trying to organise a trip to Castle Combe for their Classic & Sports Car Action Day!

Its on Saturday 9th June (only 2 weeks away) and we're trying to drum up some interest and get a few more people along.

I know its short notice, but check your calendars and try and book it off for a day of racing and oggling at gorgeous classic cars! We may even be able to get a stand there ;)

Afraid I cant do the Silverstone meeting, got exams around then unfortunately. The Brooklands meet is still definitely on though!!

hey there just registerd on this awsome brm site ive had my brm for 4 weeks and im getting it chipped on tuesday the 5th of june if u boys are heading to castle combe on the 9th ill be up for comeing ill try get some pics and flics of me car on here soon :P)

You will have to try and beat the record, when we went to the car museum, forgotten where it was now (beuliea was it?), if i remember correctly it was 9 wasnt it?

Yep, 9 at Beaulieu, that was fantastic to see! Well if for the first meeting for this site we can get 6, then I'll be more than happy! :D

And just to give you all a nice bit of news for this sunny day, guess how much you have to pay to get in?

That's right, absolutely zero, nada, nowt, nil! I've wangled free tickets for drivers and cars.

Our club stand is reasonably large too and near to the track, pretty much slap bang in the middle of the display area. So I want to see all those cars gleaming clean on Saturday morning!

There is a prize for best club display, so if anyone has any ideas to jazz up our stand it'd be greatly appreciated :D

Any chance you can bring a couple of stickers (url and brake light?)... orange url's will be fine, I'll get over it ;)

Hmm tempted by this, would be the first BRM meet close to me. Whats the deal with the tickets is it one ticket per person or per car?

I have free tickets for drivers + their car, passengers have to pay a fiver! Come along, you know you want to :D

Was a great day, Parade lap was a bit of a traffic jam in some parts but a laugh.
