Guys,

Nothing is that wrong with teh brakes... but fancy having the confidence in these as i had in my previous cars.

Would you go for aftermarkets (hi Spec/Willwood/Alcon)

Get the TF calipers and brackets made up

Or go for 600Ti calipers and ZS discs (which will still get behind the 16's!)

Opinions?

I've recently fitted EBC grooved discs and Greenstuff pads, to be honest the stopping power is immense! I would highly recommend this set up as a low cost option.

If I was spending lots i'd probably look at Wilwoods, or HiSpec (a company near me, very good) with some kind of 4 pot set-up.

the only big brake conversion I found (aside from the mild size upgrade of the 160) was by ap racing, and it didn't look cheap!

forgot to mention, it also needed 17" wheels, and I wouldn't fancy changing mine... another other rover 200 model fine, just not a brm!

Dom - ZS discs (282mm) and Rover 600Ti calipers allow you to run bigger brakes and they will fit behind 15" Hairpin alloys!

And cost half the price!:trampoline:
