Thanks to Catterall I now have a lovely one piece cold air intake to replace my broken one - my new question is - how do you remove the headlight to fit the CAF? I've taken the top screws and the side nut off but the headlight seems restricted by the bumper - does that have to come off too? and where do I start with that???

It's pretty much a bumper off job Mark (it is when I do it - I don't know any complete short cut).
Remove the four plastic nut things above the grill and pull this part of the moulding over the sticky-up bolt thread (sorry for using technical terms "sticky-up").
On the side you need to change, remove the wheelarch liner to get at the little plate fixing that holds the side of the bumper up to the wing and you'll be able to get your hands on the headlamp fixing behind the indicator (nasty little pop fastener type thing).
With the edge of the bumper loose, you may be able to peel that side of the bumper away from the front of the car and down far enough to get at the fixing on the bottom of the headlamp, closest to the grill and it should now be free.
Last time I changed a headlamp, I took the whole bumper off the kids' 214.
I hope this helps.
Gary.

Undo the bolt behind the the number plate will help a great deal. As for the light it self there are two bolts on the top and one behind the light to the edge towards the middle of the car.

A couple of weeks ago I helped a mate fit some angel lights for his ZR, and that required taking the whole bumper off.
You wont need to remove the lights to change the CAF iirc (you dont on the 25/ZR anyway)
Everything else is as described above.
However on the ZR there were 3 screws underneath at the very bottom of the front bumper as well.
When removing the bolts inside the wheel arch, there should be 2 bolts close together, and one in the distance.
Leave the middle one alone, and its the ones at the end that you need to remove.
Depends where you're routing the CAF to. Ideally to get it to the front grill you have to chop a big lump out of the front bulkhead, not that I would know how to do this
To be honest the CAF can just sit behind the light, it picks up enough air from there. Mine is just dangling in front of where the battery sits.
