Noisy Fuel Pump

Are the fuel pumps on the BRM (or Rovers) generally quite noisy on swtich on? I get a fair noise while it's priming

Though I'm assuming it's the fuel pump - the noise comes from the rear for about 2 seconds when the key is turned.

Same here mate, i dont start the engine until it has primed.

Everyones the same. A nice sounding whirr then start her up.
