Just had a quote to refurbish all 4 alloys, for a full refurb and powder coat..... have a guess..... £65 +vat each wheel!!!!!! i thinks ill be doing them me self!!!

Yeah I've had a couple of quotes and they were all about that price - I did get a price from these of £55+vat http://www.thewheelspecialist.co.uk/ over the internet - then the next day a girl rang me and said if I booked in over the phone then she'd discount count it by 25% making it a shade under £200 in vat.

Hmm.... I'm obviously not getting this right, 'cause a place near me said they'd do them for £40 a wheel when I asked... :S

I suppose it varies from place to place - I'm toying with the idea of doing a wheel at a time my self - running on the spare for a week or so while i do it, mine need a full sand down, fill, smooth and spray as they're leaking air like Johnny Fartpants.

I don't think mine are leaking air too badly, they just need to be sparkly again :)
