On a side note - did the BRM's come with red painted calipers?

I dont think the calipers were painted as standard, give mine a coat wiv Hammerite!!!

I had to fit the bonnet pins as the catch had failed on the previous owner and the bonnet had flipped up bending all the roof in!! It was a cat C write off. It turned up in a Scrap Yard my mate works at and it was saved. Didnt wanna take the risk of it happening again!!! It was quite scary really coz if ya did over 100 mph you could see the bonnet wobbling.
