But I think the travel costs would be prohibitive - plus you'd have to get your passport stamped if you wanted to come up to the North! (and I'm not sure they'd let you in!) :laugh:

I think you will find my Bury roots make me more likely to be accepted into the North than you would first expect.
I have infact walked on the wild side of Watford.

I have actually,
Not only that but I went online and ordered a load of it for one of my clients, he lives in Kent but was introduced to the joy's of chip spice in Hull.
I sent him a massive bag of the stuff, He's now using it to champion chip spice in the south.

What's chip spice ?

Chip Spice is what we Southerners call Peri Peri Spice. You get it on your fries at Nandos, it comes out of a lovely metal shaker, youve been able to get it on your chips down here for years.
Hull stuck it in a plastic tub, gave it a matter of fact name and went about trying to convince the rest of the UK they thought of it first.
