Cylinder Head

To port cylinder head and alter combustion bowls and open water ways, remove valve guides and refit ----£500

To taper valve guides 16 off----£32

To reface valves and cut back to give narrow seats----£98

To 3 angle valve seats on 16 off valves----£138

To skim cylinder head----approx £40 (depends on how much needs taking off)

To remove cylinder head including valves, springs, washing and cleaning all parts, strip cam followers and clean to prevent sticking.
To clean induction parts
To rebuild cylinder head and all ancilliary parts and fit to engine, including sealants.----£700

To remove sump, wash and clean and refit including sealants.----£45

Emerald

To remove existing ECU, resight and mount Emerald, wire in Emerald.----£250

Jenvey Throttle Bodies

To manufacture, revolving throttle cable ferrule in st/steel
To manufacture water take off in st/steel
To manufacture brake servo take off in alloy
To mount throttle body to mill and drill and tap for water take off
To alter cable
To fit throttle bodies and balance

Airbox

To alter airbox to fit servo (ZR and BRM)----£75

To manufacture take off`s for breathers

Mapping

To take car for mapping at Emerald----£250
