Why is it Rover never put our build numbers on our cars?

Well its been bugging me for a while so I decided to put a plaque in mine. Some people saw it at Castle Combe, but I've updated it a little since then. Its almost finished, just needs tweaking now.

Nice!! what i'd like to do is have a badge on the back the same style as the ZR 160 badge but instead of 160 have the build number!!

Interesting idea.... I'm sure you could get it done quite easily.

like that idea also, but think it would be better the same colour and writing as the brm sticker

really like this plaque!! are these goin to be for sale as i think everyone should have one. ( can i just buy your car as i want everything on it but hate copying )

I can get the plaque's made up, the red leather around it wa a bit of a tricky DIY job though (still fine tuninig it :rofl: ) may even try and get a metal surround for it.....

I had no plans to sell them, but if someone wanted one I can provide the plaque but the surround you'd have to make unfortunately :(

Cool, why Rover never done this, god knows.

Expect BMW were penny pinching.

Most LE cars have a plaque of some osrt

Yeah, i agree Daz, its baffling why they didn't do it!

Elf, I can send you the stickers, just pm me with whish ones you want and your address. I can get a plaque made up but they cost me £15, so just let me know by pm what you want to do :D

Honestly dont know mate. I did start a build number database but not many people have pm'd me with their details so its not very large at the moment :slap:
