I think it is a 50 litre tank which is about 11 gallons I believe.

Most I've ever had is about 330 miles from a tankful and the gauge was on rock bottom, but that said I only managed to get about 42 litres in so I guess there were still 8 litres left approx. That equates to roughly 35mpg, which seems about right.

I usually get a little less than that, most of my driving is shortish trips and country road type stuff mixed with a bit of town. I don't get too many longer motorway runs in. Also depends how heavy my foot is feeling!

I normally get between 250 and 350 miles to a full tank depending on motorways and heavy efet etc.

in the turbo i get 220 miles to £37-£40 depending on the price of juice. not sure what that works out at.

Worked out my fuel consumption with 'normal driving' (cough cough), and it was 28mpg.
Tried to drive like a granny to see what I could get out of a tank, but after a 100 miles the car just took over and wanted to be driven properly! LoL

Sorry about resurrecting a thread from the dead, but is it right that the BRM has a 50 litre tank?
I'm interested to see how empty the tank really is when my gauge is telling me it's empty?!

Currently from my mainly round town driving, and not even spirited driving due to the number of cameras and lights, I'm getting a fairly feeble 25mpg. Rubbish.

From the Owners manual :
Fuel Tank Capacity 11.0 gallons (UK) = 50 Litres

from brim to brim tests, you should have about 8-10 litres left once the needle hits the red.

my mpg is roughkly 35mpg, getting 300-320 miles from about 40L
