Hi, sadly i think i need to sell my BRM before the monster mileage i do with work kills it off!!

The car is in good overall condition, has good service history, is taxed and tested well into 2010.

The car has some minor rust bubbles under the paint on the rear arches but this is still at the early stages.

Mileage is around 90k (used daily),the engine runs/pulls great and does not smoke or use/leak oil. It does suffer from the usual tick-tick but this is not unusual and the engine was re-built and head gasket done at approx 66k.

The car was a show car for previous owner and as such covered something silly like 500 miles in 2 years. MOT's to prove.

for the right price the car will have the following new parts fitted;

Catalytic converter (or de-cat if preffered)
Brake Disks all round
Synthetic oil change and filter
2 x Lower arms (N/S & F/S)
2 x Rear Tyres

...as this would be the work i would be doing over the next few months if i was to keep it, and would mean it would drive like new.

Number plate always gets a laugh too being 'V*** FKU'

Build number 290.

I am looking for offers over £1675, but no silly offers as this is not the usual rot-box rover 200 and would be a great base for mods/show car with a small amount of TLC.

The car has never been modified or 'Kevved-up' and still drives as it should.

Car is located in North Wales or Stoke-on-Trent (if i'm at work), i would consider a swap or part ex, especially for a diesel.

I can be contacted on 07957 556 081 or on jameso199@hotmail.com

please don't PM me on here regarding this matter as i only get chance to sign in about once a week.

Thanks, James.

hello!!

having had over a hundred people view the advert but no-one contact me at all i'm guessing i'm being ambitious with the price....so if anyone wants to make an offer then go ahead!!

the work listed has not been done yet (other than the oil change) so if you'd like to reflect that in the offers thats ok, but please state this in your message...

Thanks, James.
