As im sure some of you have noticed, a new button has apeared above peoples post, that looks like a pair of scales, this button is the reputation button. Let me now explain to you what that means
If you like someones post, or the way they replied to a question etc. aswell as saying thank-you you can add a reputation point onto that user, the more points they have, the more green cards they get, already some users have one green card, you dont get a green card for each point you get, you get one, for a certain amount of points, which is not yet comfirmed, but will be soon. i have set this up so users have something to work for. and also when we start recruiting moderators, the more points you have, the more chance you have against other users!
i have set this up for you to use, so i would be grateful for you to use this system as much as possible but dont over give them
Also the same applies if you have had a bad experience with that member, you can press the scales and tick the box that says bad rep!
this is totaly anomonous, to all users except myself and adam, however we will not be giving the names of people out, under any circumstances!
if this systme is miss used by any users, then that user will have a 24 hour ban, the rep privalige taken away and there rep reduced by 25 points. also the point messed arounf will be reinstated to the user
sorry to sound all negative, but i have to set the rules otherwise we may get people messing around
