No going backwards?

HELP!
My reversing lights seem to have stopped working, and the rear wiper no longer comes on automatically in reverse. Does anyone know where the reverse light switch is located, and are there any connectors between here and the lights/wipers which may have been disturbed? :(

I'm harking back to my old Nova days here but the switch with operated the reverse lights used to be on the gear box! I remember having to clean it occasionally because it was a bugger for getting cacked up and causing the reverse lights to fail.
