pedal just goes to the floor then 10 mins later all fine
Must be an air lock somewhere I would've thought.......
Or maybe incorrect brake fluid or a sticking calliper. I'm running out of ideas as its a very strange problem i've not heard of before.

try re-bleeding the breaks. basicly start at the begining and work your way through and hopefull come up with a result. Just keep us up to date and we will help the best we can.

strangly enough i had the same problem. once in a while there were just no brakes at all. i've never got round to finding out what it was but it seems to have sorted itself out. if it doesn't sort itself on your try either bleeding or check the vacuum pipes to the brake servo.
