Had a new cat fitted and now the car makes an awful noise. At idle there is an intermittent rattle which seems to come from the back of the downpipe leading into the cat, and when driving it makes a horrible rasping noise under acceleration. Has anyone esle had this problem? It's very annoying as it sounded do good before and I don't know what to do to fix it.
