Hiya guys, gals and bornunder sovreign.
im picking up my brm on the 14th and since arranging the sale ive been browsing through photo's and ive noticed 2 distinct things which i like alot
1.black angel eyes look superb
2.alot of people seem to have a 'splitter' type affair on the front and it also looks pretty cool.
so here are my questions,
1. are the angel eyes easy to fit and do they sit flush with the bumper etc, as i noticed on some pics there seems to be gaps
2. what car is the splitter off? i currently own a 620ti and i installed the laguna splitter, now, before i sell the 600 i want to know is it worth me taking off the splitter if it fits the brm?
many thanks in advance, si

The lights give off a much better light then the originals and are very easy to fit. (but it is a bumper off job) As for the fit it's not great but there again after refitting the originals they don't always seem to fit properly either.
As for the Splitter it's from a Seat Leon Cupra R less then £20 from a seat dealer. Does need a little trimming to get it to fit. I know a few people who have fitted the laguna splitter but don't know had easy it is to fit.

The splitter does - essentially nothing more than look good.
And you can try ebay for the lights search 'Rover 200 angel eyes' you'll be looking at about £150

I could, but there's no guarantee they'd be right or straight

Its ok..if they were wonky they would match my eyes! ;)
I've got a spare set of those lights in my garage. Unfortunately my alternator belt decided to eat the wiring :slap:

I found the fit of the lights to be nothing short of awful.
They look the dogs but I just had to take em off due to panel gaps etc.

Are they really that bad Shaggy? I do like the look of the black ones but if they look wonk then £150 is a lot of cash.

That's one of my projects for a nice weekend, I'll get them fitting nice and flush. Just need to make some brackets really.
