Steering Wheel help!

Just dug out an old BRM steering wheel, normally you can removed the boss cover ie when airbag is removed, however on this particular one, it won't come off?
:question: So does this mean the airbag is still intact or did I just not have my Wheatabix this morning?! :unsure: :whistle: :grin:

The steering wheel's been removed from car, I've just dug it out my garage, wen't to double check if with/without airbag, and can't get boss cover off! So are you saying in that case that the airbag hasn't been removed then?

You talking the front centre module with the Rover logo on? if thats there it means the airbag is still in as it's all one module held on by two torx screws according to my friend who has a RAVE manual ;)
