I managed to get some brand new leather covers for the front seats - one of mine has a slight tear on the side so looking to replace it.

Has anyone removed the front seats before, any special tools that i'll require? I read on an mg-rover.org forum post that a particular size of some tool was required - can't find that damn post agaain.

Any help appreciated.

Cheers

I think some of the clips on the covers can be a bit of a **** to remove/replace ?.

Its a fiddly job with the covers, just be patient and take your time.

Don't forget to disconnect the SRS cable from beneath the seat, cant remember if you have to disconnect the battery first in case it sets the pretensioner off. Best to do a bit more research.
