Head Gasket

Adam, any chance you could give me a price for parts and labour for an uprated Head Gasket replacement?

I'm not having any problems with mine currently, but i'm a firm believer in prevention rather than cure. And i plan on doing some track days, so would prefer to be confident the old HGF doesn't occur...

Our labour charge for a HG repair is £450.

As far as parts are concerned we can source them for you but will only use genuine MG-Rover parts, you could supply your own but then we can't give any gaurantee for part failure. Price of parts will depend on what you want changed really.

the only way you can tell is to actually look at the gasket itself, and that means taking the head off.

alot of work just go "yep, you have the mls head" and then put it all back together again.
