A little while back I fitted a centre console i had lying around from my old Rover Coupe.the arm rest was black and a bit the worse for ware.
While looking around e bay I stumbled upon a seller called Top Gaitors he did covers to slip over the old ones but not in red though I decided to ask him if he could do one for me which he was happy to.
I knew looking at his listings the only red ones he showed were for bmw and I would probably not get a good colour match but hey its red and its leather so i ordered one Monday afternoon.Arriving home wednesday night it was waiting for me ....here its is

As you can see its lighter in colour and once pulled over your arm rest its hard to keep pulled taught and in place while you refit the bottom tray to hold it all together.
I got over this by cutting away some of the old leather and foam and sticking double sided tape around to hold it all in place.
Back together it was a poor match so i took it to work today and put some scuff master dye that I had bought when I was renovating the rest of the leather around the interior, this darkened it as did following up with some leather condition, lastly probably not the best thing for leather but i finished it with cockpit shine darkening it a bit more.
Anyway heres the finished article in car this afternoon
