Concise but to the point.

The weather RUINED my weekend, so I stayed in and sulked.

My weekend was ok, although someone ruined it yesterday by scraping my car while they reversed out of a parking space. And then carried on to explain how it was my fault, i didnt quite see their point because I was sat parked in a parking space bang in the middle of the space. Apparently I should have seen she had trouble walking and given her more space!! I dont know what walking has to do with reversing a car out of a space!! silly cow!!

Laughable. What makes her think you were going to take any notice of her walking anyway???

One time i was parked outside my sisters house, and the woman across the road complained that I was blocking her getting out of her drive. I was parked on the OPPOSITE side of the road!!!
After I politely told her to shove it, a mysterious scratch appeared all along one side of my car while i was inside visiting my sister.

As you can't understand that it certainly is your fault!

Much damage?

Here in the Netherlands we didn't have a bank holiday yesterday...but as I'm now officially out of a job I have holiday all the time.
Tomorrow is an official day off though as it's Liberation Day, 2day is Remembrance day.

My weekend was average thanks to the weather. I went to the zoo on monday, and decided how I could make my million. Buy a plot of land, build some cages, leave them empty, put a sign up in front of them with an animal on it, and charge ?18 per person and watch them look into the cages a say to each other "can you see it?" stand there for 5 mins looking. Maybe put the odd monkey in there so no-one questions it. Simples!

Thats basically how I spent the whole of monday. Lol But no one asked for their ?18 back, easy money!

My weekend was spent on the MTB.

Was shattered by monday afternoon but had great fun. Managed to clock 33mph coming down the wrekin (Big Hill near me). Reckon i could go a bit quicker but coming off at that speed could prove to be painful!!!

My knees are absolutely shagged this morning!!

I was out on my bike for an hour on Saturday, on an exercise bike for an hour on Sunday, out on my mountain bike around Swinley Forest for 2 hours Monday, then another hour on the exercise bike again last night!

With the arthritis I suffer, i'm pretty much living on a diet of Ibuprofen at the moment!!

I'm guessing the foxes made a stand against ethnic cleansing.

Also I hear Brighton is to become the UK's first car free city, which is gonna upset the cruisers :hmm:

at the danger of this sparking some heated political debate, i was very much labour until a few years ago. i have since been debating who to vote for, and although im not sharing who i vote for (just incase i offend anyone), i believe the conservatives deserved to get in this time. david cameron is a really decent fellow, and had my vote been stratigic enough to the point of keeping labour out of a seat in my area, then i would of gone with conservative. as such, most of tonbridge and tunbridge wells is religously conservative so my vote went to the normal party.

Lol, i saw the one green splodge on the map of the country.

it's only Brighton pavilion though I think - I've no clue how many voters that would be?

It's all the dole queue regulars that must have been voting Labour, since they'r ethe only people Labour seem to look after!

Well it's officially hung, so let's see what happens now.

kinggareth
05-07-2010, 08:56 AM
Yeah, no one seems to really know what's going to happen with a hung parliament.

I don't think there's enough allegiance between any of the parties to create a majority vote, so it'll screw up any decision making processes.

How dare the greasy French steal our colour!

Kirsty has a cold? Women are such wimps when it comes to illness. I don't know where the belief that men are terrible with illness came from? i've not had a day off sick in 8 years, and I've never know any of the men here go off. But it's a regular occurance for all the chicks.
They all seem convinced their headache is a migraine!
