Changing brake fluid?

Alrighty,

Anybody changed their brake fluid recently? How easy is this to do, any pointers, any recommendations for fluid type?

I was going to follow this guide:

Good enough guide that. As it says, ideally 3 people but you can do it with 2.

Last time I did it it only took 2 of us as we've got a bleeder that connects to a compressor and sucks the fluid out, no need to pump the brake. Just one person sucking and one topping up the level. Dot 4 I used.

Remember DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES get the brake fluid on your paintwork anywhere as it WILL strip the paint clean off!!!!
