Coating underside & Sealant?

Alrighty Lads, hows tricks?

Looking for some advice again (as usual :mml:).....

1. I'm looking to coat the underside of BRUM with some form of protectant in preperation for the winter - any recommendations?

2. Looks like i've got the dreaded sunroof leak that 200's are prone to - going to follow this 'how to' guide:

Any recommendations for decent sealant (i'll also require sealent for the de-oranging headlight process) ??

Waxoyle for the underneath of your car, should protect all the fuel/brake lines etc from corrosion.
