Interior boot light

Hey All

Just been fixing a few bulb problems ok,but just got to the boot lamp on the right speaker/parcel shelf and the bulb was ok but with further investion the earth wires not earthing,should I just make a new earth or should I trace it back to a swith etc

I would guess the switch is on the live-wire, an earth wire should never have a switch.

But then again: these are Rovers. :hmmm:

yep there Rovers was the brass tag in the tailgate locking mech
