I had a teacher in primary school who used to run a 7. It would pay its own way from the weddings he'd end up getting paid for:)
I seem to recall him buying second hand motorcycle tyres for it(?)
When did you have the 7 Rod? I'm not trying to guess your age - wondering how expensive the car was ;) £17 doesn't get us a tank of fuel nowadays!!

1956, 10 years of age, spending £17 on a car :D
Correct me if I'm wrong here, but £17 in 1956 would have been a couple of weeks earnings for an adult? Real good going for a 10 year old - you must have been very industrious as a youngster.
Glad you're happy with the car Rod :D
