Are these removable from the front bumper, also are these simply plastic sprayed silver?

The reason I ask is that the strips near the orange nose seem to be bubbling under the paint!

Can I simply get a strip from a scrapped 200 and swap over or are they clipped in.

OK think I may have had some luck on the MG rover.org.

I believe you can get them out from behind. Trying to think back to when I had the bumper off last....

Im going to try and get some standard ones from the scrappy, see how easy they are to remove. My current ones on the front seem a bit loose in the middle. Is this normal?

mine aren't lose, but do have a bit of bubbling... think I've got to get the bumper resprayed at some point anyway as there's a few marks on it now...

I thought the R200's are chrome , whilst the BRM's to my knowledge are sparkle silver.

If this is the case is in not worth getting new parts sprayed, the likes of Imperial Panels sell them new in chrome for £12 to £14/e so is it worth gong to to a scrappys
