Yes I am getting excited about the meet, but prob will need petrol in the car for little runs around the place tonight and tomorrow, and as you can see from the first pic i was running quite low on juice, so just thought,to hell with it,ill fill it up.

Anyone else never ever fill up the car to the top, unless they're on a long run?

20 to 30 at each fill up for me
Got to fill up myself after running around for work yesterday up to Hertfordshire and back. Need to pop to the unit tomorrow afternoon for Alan though so probably fill up then. :)

I also fill up to the top....what's the use of only putting 25 quid in when 2-3 days later you are at the same pump again with undoubtedly higher fuel prices.
Actually: I'm a bit OCD as I always try to get fuel at the same garage, not far from my house. Even pushing it to the limit sometimes and arriving there on fumes. Mind you: It's always the cheapest in the whole area.

If I filll my car up to the top I'll waste it, I'll drive the long way home down country roads and go past my street if there's a decent song just started on on the stereo, therefore filling up is far more inefficient for me!
I work on litres nowadays - 10 wil last me the week or 20 if I'm off to college.

i dont like to fill it up (car stolen from outside house two years ago, scumbags even came in the house to take the car keys grrrr)so having a full tank is kinda like saying "hey, youve just been a scumbag, now i will reward you with the privilage of having to scum my car to death for miles and miles and miles" under normal circumstances it gets 10litres,sometimes 15 if i can afford it.
Im just too excited, just finished polishing and hoovering Betty:clap2:
Hands are sore now from rubbing off the polish.
Bit of grub now and I will go out and Wax her then tuck her off to bed,kis her good night until the early start she is getting.
Oh yer, I wanted to add too.......does anyone elses waterpump squeal in the morning if it parked on a hill? slight slope outside my house, and three times this week it has squealed in the morning, only one maybe one and a bit seconds of squealing? just curious?
cheers
