That's a lovely looking zr, best colour IMO - if there was less than 400 of them left I'd consider a swap :)

What's your reason for wanting the swap? Has the headgasket gone/been replaced? I'm feeling a little TOO tempted by this :P lol.

Acutally I'm going have to revise my statement as I saw an X-Power grey one this morning and remembered that that is the best colour!

A decent one in reasonable nick with a healthy engine and box and not starship enterprise mileage

that could have been me, but I was looking for something with more mpg (or should that be miles per litre)

how about mot, any service history, and the dreaded head gasket issue?

Mot till September only thing it may have problems with is the 2 front tyres but I have 2 in the shed just need to fit them
Tax lasts untill end of November
Head gasket I was told by previous owner it was done at about 45k and everything seems healthy and I am 100% confident there are no other problems.
I am just about to do the timing belts and water pump on it and a full service I also have all of these parts in the shed just need chance to do it lol
Service book is missing I never received this of previous owner but knowing quite a bit about the kseries I can tell it has been looked after and well maintained as you probably know yourself you can easily spot a poorly maintained kseries especially a vvc one
All previous mots are there with it and since September last year it has done approx 700 miles
I have just changed drivers window regulator
thats all I can think of for now if there's anything else just ask
I am being 100% honest just realy want a brm in hopefully equal condition to my zr

What does it drive like? Do you have any pictures? Thanks

drives fine - just a squeak on starting from the fan belt, which lasts about 30 seconds, but I can't work out how to adjust it. There are some small bits of bubbling, but I had 2 new wings last year. Had a new clutch last year, new battery, DVD/CD thingy, that I leave on Radio 2 as anything else is too complicated for me. Still have the original manual/handbook, including brm supplement. I've had it for 3 years, and you can see a back photo of it if you search here under 'unique brm', and a photo from its previous incarnation!! All original apart from wheels, which are halfords finest. No rips or anything in the upholstery, but carpets are a little faded. Let me know if you want any more info. I was looking for something cheaper to run, but your ZR looks nice.

Looks and sounds ideal mate only Thing that puts me off are the original wheels missing as I can't afford to replace em
