I think someone was looking into doing it, maybe Frekkel, cant remember though.

From my experience though I would suggest coilovers. They're more expensive but the handling is so much better than any standard MG-Rover product.

I did it

and... not bad, not bad. but if it's an improvement? I couldn't say. Some things are better, others not. but they are close. I did it because the brm dampers and springs had done 120.000 km and I could buy some zr160 stuff that had done 20.000 for very few €. But now I'm looking for coilovers myself. The 17" rims where a better improvement for the handling

thanxs 4 the replies...im just wondering of the best way to stiffen the old girl up...she doesnt really compare to the zs i used to own in the handleing department..was hopeing to bring her up to standard!!:mbounce:
