BUBBLEFEST!!

A meet for all Rovers and MG's from the bubble era, be they R200/R25/MGZR, R400/R45/MGZS or even R75/MGZT.

They event will be at the Gaydon Motor Heritage Centre.

The £5 entrance fee is per car so you may bring as many people as can possibly fit in the car. This will guarantee a place in front of the Museum away from the normal carparks.

Entrance to the Museum will cost only £6 to everyone showing their car off at the event.

There will be a Show and Shine contest for everyone that wishes to enter with a prize for the most sparkly car.

There will also be a Best in Show award covering all the other cars attending the event.

A celebration of the tenth anniversary of the Rover 200 BRM LE will also take place at the event.

A selection of historic MG-Rovers will also be in attendance.

There is a Go-Kart track on site too.

We're hoping to make this a must attend event for all Rover and MG owners!

although that is the same day as trax, don't know how many rover people will choose that over this though?

I tried to book our holiday around car events for this year, but unfortunately this event has slipped through too late!

Ah, this might not be going ahead now I'm afraid. Hardly any interest and having to fork out £300 from my own pocket to cover the cost just isn't really an option.

I will keep you updated but unless I suddenly get a huge number of people (ie, 100ish cars) show interest then it will not go ahead.

Because to host this event I have to basically hire the Gaydon carpark. It costs around £300, so unless I have a huge response then I simply cannot afford it.
