Assuming the plates are on the same car, this is the one that used to belong to Mat Smith. He was a big fan of the BRM, and ran www.roverbrm.co.uk, which disappeared some time ago. He also had the build number list and gave it to OMCC. He ran a tuning business on the side selling bits for BRM's and other K series cars, called MSRE. He had a serious amount of work done on T31BRM, using it as a development mule for the tuning business - I believe a lot of it was blagged on the basis he would direct custom to the tuners :devil:
