Just to clarify..
BRM's standard front discs are 262mm (same as 220 turbo)
ZR 160 & ZS 180 have 282mm front discs with calipers to match.
If your after 282mm front discs, then you need to find one of the above cars to perform the conversion.

thought the 600ti also had 282 discs for the conversion

Yes, the 620 Ti does have 282mm discs, but they have a different PCD (114.3mm), so you can't use them.
But you can use the Ti calipers with a small amount of modification.

job done..standard discs and pads fitted..42 quid from ebay..bargain..and there good quality mintex items..
Good price there. Let us know how the mintex perform, I'll need something different after the greenstuffs, not overly impressed with them.

Bit of a thread hijack this, but I was having a bit of a squirt round some country lanes this evening and suffered some fairly bad brake fade. I had a cursory look at the discs when I got home and she was ticking herself cool, and they're looking pretty worn and in need of replacing. What's the recommended replacement for the front discs/pads combo. Don't want to modify the calipers especially, just a straight swap would be preferred, but if it means a markedly better braking performance, then I'd consider a mod.
Cheers!
Well I recommend EBC grooved discs, not keen on the green-stuff pads personally. I've had them fade on me a couple of times now.

well i cant fault the mintex..they seem spot on so-far....personally not to keen of grooved or drilled disc seen many a drilled disc crack due to them being slightly weaker than a standard item..also heard green stuff produce alot of brake dust compaired to standard pads...

Well, FWIW, I fitted EBC drilled and grooved discs and EBC Green Stuff pads all round. I didn't notice any particular difference from the standard setup, and due to not following the fitting instructions to the letter, they quickly deteriorated (the ussal expression is "warped"). EBC were not interested in a claim. So I bought Brembo discs and standard pads. No problems. I'll never go near EBC again.
Do 3G do a disc set? Had these on the starlet and they were awesome!
