Banned message

Everyone,

If you receive a message saying that you have been banned please ignore it. There is a glitch in the site somewhere and I haven't managed to track it down as of yet.

I haven't banned anyone, if I did you would receive a reason in an email.

Yes, it does do it if your not logged into the forum. Normally it would ask you to log in but in this case it says that your banned.

it happens when you go inactive and let your session time-out. Instead of asking you to relogin it brings up the banned message.

Could just be a call to the wrong page...

Ahh yes, just happened to me, right I think you're right, the link isn't right for the inactivity, it should take you to the homepage. and it doesn't it takes you to the Banned page.

I'll sort it now whilst it's fresh in my brain!

okay, this is more complicated than I thought, I am friends with a VBulletin expert, so i'll ask him later :)
