View Full Version : Engine Missing
Hi
I have just bought a BRM which is missing the odd time when the engine is put under pressure. It has recently been fitted with an induction kit would this cause it.

My BRM had a similar problem that occured occasionally when the engine went just over 4k RPM. It turned out to be worn HT leads.
Ht Leads did cross my mind. Where is the disp cap located is it behind the head.

the coil pack is located on the rear of the engine underneath the inlet maniold - i suggest that you label the coil pack 1-4 as you can put them back wrong as they aren't labeled originally.
my money is on worn lead
