arrrrgh clutch or gearbox

my car developeda small knocking type nise, its getting worse its at idel or under small load, seems to go completely once clutch is pressed down so its either thrust bearing/clutch or gearbox bearings either way i'm pig sick of this car.

i had a rattle/knocking as well m8, goes away when clutch is depressed. thought it was serious but tracked it down to the little arm type bit on the end of the clutch cable. swapped it and its fine probly just a lil worn. I know how u feel m8, but theres somethin about the BRM, as soon as the problem is fixed theres a certain charm tht always puts a smile on my face :D

car drives fine so might wait till clutch is dead then investigate further.
