There have been meets held all over the country, just look through the history of events :icecream:
The next really big one is Trax @ Silverstone (nowhere near London).
I'll probably arrange another one or two before then but am unfortunately very busy with other things at the moment.
Anyone is free to organise an event anywhere, in fact i'd positively encourage it!! :beer2:

well i'm not intending to be rude adam, but essex meets etc etc grenwich? trax there is another side to the country?
Well suggest a place for a meet then, is all I can say.
Regularly I have to travel hours to meets and hundreds of miles, Wales, Castle Combe, Birmingham, etc. Just because there have been two near where I live lately people start moaning, don't know why I bother half the time.

Adam, your work is certainly appreciated. There are quite a few meets that have been close to me, Castle Coombe and Beaulie spring to mind for me. Greenwich meet was a bit of a disaster. Meets take effort from all members but worthwhile when there is a good turn out.

like i said i was not having a go adam so back down, i'm mearly saying that it seems to be over that side of england, i did send you a rolling road meet event you didn't even bother to respond so why should i bother?
To be honest I don't even remember getting the details of a RR meet, you have no idea the number of messages I actually receive on this site so I can only apologise if some slip through the net.
But you could simply post the details up yourself in the Events section. I've left this forum completely open for people to do just that, unlike some forums in which you actually have to ask permission to post up an event.
I'm not going to become like the OMC and suddenly stop bothering to arrange events because people don't turn up and I will be arranging more events throughout the country, I just haven't had the time lately.
