well gunk mayo in tank means i'm taking the car off the road for time being, nearly finished rust repair on roof, but on all days friday the 13th i discovered thick mayo in the tank no other signs what so ever but on 93k i'm due a hgf so beating it to the punch, cambelt was done 3k ago so just changing hg and thermostat.
really wanted to get the clutch done whilst heads off but haven't a clue how to get the block apart from the bell housing with enough room to work.
i'm gutted but love the car so going to see it through, get it ready to die on some track sessions.
