Great pics , I like the orange spoiler a lot , what type of spoiler is it ? and is it a mod that could be easily undone to return the car to standard spec ?
I realise that there are several threads on wheels /tyres (not worked my way through all the site yet) but thinking along the lines of easily removable mods , which wheel / tyre size combination are both car`s running on ?
Apologies for the newbie Q`s .

mine are running MG ZR 17" 'straights' and the tyres are 205 45 17 (I think).
Notsure about my dads, but I know they are 16" TSW wheels - they were on the car when he bought it.
With regards to wheels, any bigger than 17" on 45 typres and you would need to get your arches rolled.
The spoiler is again from a MG ZR and I got it from ebay for about 20-25 quid, and had it sprayed orange for about 30. You couldnt just remove the spoiler as it is glued and screwed onto the existing green spoiler. However the original green ones are easilly and cheaply obtainable from ebay, so if you wanted to return it to standard spec then you could just swap them over.
I got the idea from adam and really like it, think it sets the car off just right!
Hope this helps.
Looking good and some intersting mods on both.
Tommy, lose the MG centre caps though :p Got to say the kit on your dads is......different
With regards to the spoiler you can get hold of the phase 2 ZR spoiler (Its a direct replacement for the current lip and can be taken on/off by the 4 bolts underneath) so you don't have to bolt to the original.
Love the plates too, just noticed that they're almost the same :clap2:
Very cool together.

Yea, couldnt believe it when my dad text me with his reg!
I cant take the center caps off because my wheel nuts are rusty and horrible! I got some rover stickers in the post today though to cover up the MGness. (am blaming you for them being there though adam as you never got me the BRM stickers!! :p)
Whoopsy, my bad
So is your odl man keeping the kit on his?

until i get round to replacing it. I'm not sure how big an operation, or how costly it would be.
